Combining butter and eggs is a bit like creating an emulsion. This will help the ingredients blend together better. These cookies bake up in just minutes and are perfect to serve guests with tea of coffee. The secret to this cakes fluffy texture is using room-temperature butter, eggs, and sour cream. Then I piled on the sweet, cinnamon goodness. I know it may seem a little old-fashioned, something grandma would serve, but I don’t care, I can’t get enough of it.
